• 4 egg whites
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1 tsp stevia
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ½ dl almond milk• 2 tbsp almond flour
• 1 banana
• 1 tbsp honey
• ½ tbsp. cacao
• Handful of blueberries and raspberries
In a medium bowl, mix the protein powder, stevia and flour with milk until there are no lumps. You may have to adjust the amount of liquids depending on your protein powder. Whisk in the egg whites and vanilla extract.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Pour a third of the batter onto the skillet and tilt the pan in order to spread out the batter across the surface. Cook for a few minutes, flip and cook for another minute on the second side. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Serve with sliced banana, blueberries and raspberries.
